Refund & Tribute Policy

1. Tributes are voluntary

Any tribute is a voluntary gift. It is never a condition of access, never a ransom for release, and never required to participate in any tier. You may participate fully without ever sending a tribute. Never give more than you can comfortably afford.

2. Nature of digital offerings

Tributes and any digital memberships are consumed as part of an entertainment experience. Because they are voluntary gifts toward an immediately rendered fictional service, they are generally non-refundable once given.

3. When we will refund

• Accidental or duplicate payments — contact us promptly and we will correct genuine errors.
• Unauthorised transactions — report immediately; we will investigate in good faith.
• Technical failure where a paid feature was never delivered.

Requests should be made within 14 days through your contact channel, with enough detail to identify the transaction.

4. Physical equipment

We do not sell physical equipment. Cages, collars and locks are purchased from third-party retailers, whose own returns and refund policies apply. Please review them before buying.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we would rather resolve it directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on genuinely delivered services may result in loss of access.

6. No pressure, ever
